When necessary, our Planning division will prepare a site for development beginning with setting the proper comprehensive plan land use designation and zoning. When development concepts require conditional land use approvals, LCR Environmental will carry special/conditional use permit applications thorough the process, including presenting applications during public hearings.
LCR’s planning services include filing for and obtaining Washington’s State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) compliance determinations. Having the guidance of a land use planner to navigate the SEPA process can significantly reduce project costs by avoiding overly burdensome mitigation measures and unnecessary delays.
